November war es wieder soweit. Bei gemütlichem Kaffee und Kipferli konnten die unterschiedlichen Teilnehmer sich kennenlernen und die Wartezeit auf den spannenden Vortrag von Dominic Bächlin und Fabio Ermanni verkürzen. Der sehr gut gewählte Titel «LESS SAFE» versprach einen spannenden Inhalt, und die Zuhörer aus der ZKB, der Mobiliar, dem Kanton Zürich, der Helsana und der Bank Vontobel wurden nicht enttäuscht. ![](https://blog.infometis.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_20191122_083142-300x225.jpg?width=300&height=225&name=IMG_20191122_083142-300x225.jpg) Die beiden agile Coaches der AXA nahmen uns mit auf eine Reise, die im Jahre 2013 startete. Damals gab es immer mehr Teams, die neue agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban ausprobierten. Dies waren jedoch erst Streufeuer, die unkoordiniert um sich griffen. Drei Jahre später wollte die AXA in einem ersten Programmversuch die agile Transformation starten, dies scheiterte. Dennoch schlossen sich 6 Teams zusammen im Versuch, ein kollaboratives Planing – angelehnt an die SAFe Agenda – durchzuführen. Die gemeinsame Erarbeitung eines Backlogs für die nächsten 10 Wochen, die bereits die wichtigsten Abhängigkeiten berücksichtigte, brachte schnell erste Erfolge und immer mehr Teams kamen dazu. ![](https://blog.infometis.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_20191122_083556-300x225.jpg?width=300&height=225&name=IMG_20191122_083556-300x225.jpg) Schnell wurde klar, dass der Weg von «Learning Agile» zu «Doing Agile» und dem «Being Agile» nicht nur Prozesse und Tools betrifft, sondern vor allem die Organisation und deren Kultur. ![](https://blog.infometis.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_20191122_085343-300x225.jpg?width=300&height=225&name=IMG_20191122_085343-300x225.jpg) Besonders spannend war die Frage nach dem Framework. So wurde uns von Dominic und Fabio sehr lebhaft aufgezeigt, wie die AXA anstatt ein bestehendes Framework einzusetzen ihr eigenes entwickelte. Hierbei wurde der Fokus klar auf Inspect & Adapt gelegt, also einem evolutionären Ansatz, der die Transformation von «innen heraus» unterstützt. So kann das Framework kontinuierlich mit neuen Problemstellungen weiterwachsen. Die aktuelle Version des Solution Delivery Framework der AXA, sowie des AXA Agile Maturity Models wurde uns abschliessend präsentiert. ![](https://blog.infometis.ch/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_20191122_082820-300x225.jpg?width=300&height=225&name=IMG_20191122_082820-300x225.jpg) Die offene Diskussionsrunde nach dem Vortrag zeigte das grosse Interesse der Gruppe und so wurden die beiden Coaches noch 45 Minuten lang intensiv befragt. Ein spannender und interessanter Morgen, der für viele Zuhörermehr als nur eine Inspiration war.
